Gouie's Lv. 20 Achievement isn't popping#74

I’ve gone past 20 (currently at 27, was testing to see if the Arcade levels were not counting), and it still hasn’t popped. I saw someone in the Discord (other than me) and on the subreddit was also having trouble so it isn’t just me?
