Let Rannos kiss each other when their side specials clash#56

I suggested it back in 1.6.0 and I don’t think I ever got an answer, so I’m putting it back up again. It’s funny, it would add a special bit of interactivity with the ditto matchup, and if it healed it could even be smart to use it in double Ranno teams.
