La Reina's chair needs nerfs#535

I don’t think La Reina herself is too strong overall, but I do think her chair is too versatile of a tool to be left like this, it’s really toxic to deal with. It’s also pretty hard to get rid of it and the cooldown to get it back is way too short (not worth the trouble to get rid of it).

I really believe a way longer cooldown on her chair and/or making it easier to get rid of would be nice and still make the character interesting. And she would still be able to do everything with her chair, it would just make getting rid of it more interesting.

Maybe other ways to nerf it could be good too. But whatever it is, I do think it’s important to nerf this aspect of the character, even if it means buffing her on other aspect of her kit.
