Fix Matchmaking please#534

The game is currently insisting players that they matchmake people into the Bogotá server despite having it delisted from the preferences. Matchmaking used to very rarely do this, but now it does it every single time. It’s obnoxious and I don’t know what changed, but PLEASE I need this fixed, because the Bogotá server is the worst server to play by far, I have better connection in Miami.
