Let Slade be able to upgrade his items by pressing B while holding them#511

Similar to Smash Bros’s take on Pac Man, let Slade charge his neutral b in order to potentially upgrade his items.

Also let him do this with the Fish from his ledge getup special to upgrade it to a Golden Fish (for like 200 gold or something idk).

let him make the item he’s holding gold (it would be funny)
