Rework Absa ftilt 2#494

It’s not fun to use or to play around. I’ve never once seen it used in a creative or engaging way, just as a weak harassment tool. It’s hard to see what it adds to Absa as a character – I basically never use it myself because it’s just boring.

It was fun to have in Rivals 1 but it offers basically nothing in Rivals 2. Honestly I would prefer it removed outright because there are almost no scenarios where I ever want to use this move. It’s an active detriment on whiff (or parry or shield) and leads into nothing on hit (even when not flugged). There is no reason to ever press this button.

Yeah I would not be against just removing it tbh!
