Slightly change the random character picker#487

I’m a dedicated random main but during full ranked grind sessions I often don’t go through the entire cast despite playing 30+ games in some cases. For example, today I played 34 games across 15 sets and never once randomed Loxodont, only had 1 Slade and 1 Orcane game, but hit Absa 4 times and multiple characters 3 times.

As for how to change it, I dunno! I’m not sure if this is 100% accurate but it’s definitely been my experience: when you random a character in Smash Ultimate that character cannot be randomed again until the entire cast has been randomed into. With the comparatively smaller cast of Rivals I don’t think that’s practical but it might be a good starting place. With 17 characters I wanna see (close to) 6% playrate on all of them on my profile! I’d rather it stay true random as it is now, but it would be cool if they add a “shuffle” function alongside it.
