Loading Screen Tips!#455

I think it would be amazing for the onboarding expereince if loading screens displayed tips to the player.

Could answer questions for new players and give ideas as to how they they can play and inform them of less obvious things in the game. Could also point them towards other modes, and the functions/features of the mode, that they otherwise might have never been interested in checking out.

This could be a really good feature to squeeze in for console launch I think.

tbf where does the game even load? it has that circling thing that only really shows when youre waiting for a lobby / to find a match or when the shop is lagging
