Include green team when assigning teams in random teams#407

My friends and I play a lot of random teams but we only get to use red and blue palettes and we miss using the green palettes too.

The reason we avoid green in random teams is for color blindness accessibility, so we have no plans to change this. The most common type of color blindness is red-green color blindness, and we wouldn’t want that to be an issue when random teams are enabled.
