Character information on CSS#398

Rivals 1 had a few paragraphs of info available for each rival from the Character Select Screen and it was a huge quality of life buff for onboarding newcomers. I know character-specific tutorials are eventually coming, but even after those are implemented, bringing this back would be amazing.

Characters in this game have a lot going on, and it’s extremely convenient to have this info easily available when introducing a friend to the game. At the very least, it’d be great to have this feature introduced by the time Workshop gets fully implemented into the game, just to keep track of all the characters that’ll inevitably be added.
