More nameplates!#372

Currently we only have the generic, pride, and two event nameplates to choose from. It would be cool to see either more for tournament attendence, or maybe a plate for each character when leveling up that character.

It would be nice to see some nameplates themed around characters and elements; getting a nameplate for your character from level up rewards or even the ranked shop would be great !

Generic element themed nameplates as the default would be nice too, as an alternative to just having nothing.
