Add Zair trains/buff hookshot#357

I would love if hook shot was more usuable as a combo starter, and maybe could combo into itself. Hookshot it the only treasure you buy with an inherit downside, and if you’re getting smothered by shield it’s pretty painful.

I think it’d be cool if like PM Link’s hookshot, at the tip the zair brings you towards him. Would give him a cool long range combo starter.
