Don't show modifier list at all times or add it as a setting#352

Maybe have an option where the modifier list shows in the pause screen only and not during the match? It kinda gets in the way while playing matches sometimes. I understand why when modifiers were more experimental, but with the new Rivals 1 mode it’s a bit cumbersome.
