Add the Rivals 1 OST and the option to choose which plays before a match.#351

Wanted to suggest a feature that Smash has which is giving players the option of choosing which OST plays before a match - and hopefully including even the original Rivals 1 tracks in that lineup.

Doesn’t have to be stage specific.
