Add button prompts to change skins to the character select screen#317

Whenever I’m showing someone the game for the first time, they can never figure out how to change their skin on the character select screen without me showing them.

It’d be nice if, somewhere on the screen, it told players which buttons switch their skins and which buttons switch their palettes.
