Random Skins/Cosmetics#314

I have so many skins for certain characters and I think having an option to randomly cycle through them would nice. Currently the option exists but only for when you select random on the css. I have almost every Zetterburn skin for example and I think that having a way to randomly cycle through the skins would be a nice way to get full use out of all of them.
I think it would also be nice to randomly cycle through every cosmetic in the game, though I understand not wanting to bloat the game with too many options. But random palletes, respawn platforms, and death/critical effects would be cool aswell.
