Orcane Tilt Boosting#304

I think orcane should be able to tilt boost. It seems fitting for his design as a slippery character and seems strange hes not allowed too. His jab 3 moves him forward already yet doesnt allow you to keep the momentum like other simmilar jabs (Ranno, etalus, zetter, fors, etc…). Thank you -Cabbage

The reason he can’t tiltboost is because his jabs don’t give him momentum on the first frames of startup. I would love if he could tiltboost tho
