Less extreme orcane nerf#297

I think since the orcane puddle timer was too severe of a nerf, I have an idea for a less extreme one. Orcanes usually need to do a reverse neutral b to turn around if they want to use fair to recover back to the stage. So what if using droplet into the blastzone would get rid of the puddle so orcanes had to commit to not using puddle if they wanted to recover high with reverse fair.

That actually sounds mad dope! and if you wanted to use reverse fair you would have to use it before the droplet hits the blast zone, so there’s still some mixup potential temporarily. I don’t think it would be confusing casually either, as basically everytime you shoot droplet the puddle will move, either somewhere onstage or offstage/aka dissapear
