Please add the ability to create custom gamerule Presets now that we have modifiers#244

pretty self explanitory, like in smash ultimate, it’d be nice to be able to set up every modifier, and other tweaks to the game and have that as a profile that you can just instantly switch on without having to spend a minute or two turning everything on manually.

it’d make it easier to just hop in and play lobbies with your preferred ruleset instantly, or run tourneys with custom modifiers easier

and while we’re at it with profiles; there could be a set profile with the default ranked/standard tournament rules too.

it’d just be nice to be able to go from playing stuff like project nurse or other modded competetive rulesets to straight up the most rediculous wario ware ass kusoge fighters the likes only seen in obscure japanese arcades in an instant

additionally, custome ruleset codes that everyone could export or import online (via copy pasting or maybe via a steam workshop page of sorts) would be wonderful

If you really wanted to go crazy, there could also be a menu for the most played/popular/liked rulesets
