Round based game mode.#228

It would be cool for local/lobby play to add the option for a round-based game mode. Similar to traditional fighters.
1 stock per round (customizable). 2 minutes, 30 seconds per round (customizable).
Best of 5 (customizable). No large stages to discourage timeouts (customizable).
When you take a round both characters respawn at 0% with a quick 3-2-1-GO to start the next round.

Could maybe be a time-limited casual mode online just to see if people like it.

Another customizable rule could give the winner and loser of each round a randomized buff/debuff that could stack over multiple games, kinda a built-in handicap mode
