Varied announcer calls for Workshop Fighters#222

Right now the announcer says “Sure, why not?” when selecting a workshop character. It’s a good line but it would be even better if he had a pool of lines to pull from. For example:

“Custom character!”
“Workshop fighter!”
“Excuse me?”
“…Who is this?”
“Unknown rival!”

“Sure, why not?” is the default. Workshop devs have the option to instead set it to “A new rival…?”, but they have to make that choice specifically. They can also set it to a custom sound clip, but I don’t think any currently do.

This actually already exists!
The “Sure, why not?” is currently the default option but the workshop users can set between 3 different options:
“A new rival?”
“Workshop!”
“Sure, why not?”
They can also load their own announcer lines and set them specifically for their character if they want to use something different as well.
