Easier FTilts on Keyboard#214

A few people in Discord have been asking about keyboard controls, and after experimenting a bit, it seems you can’t perform FTilts with basic/intutive button presses. Assuming the default Tap Strong: Off, the dash from a forward tap only lets you use Dash Attack.

I feel like this is a big hole in keyboard controls, as it’s the only major action that can’t be performed without the more “advanced” modifiers or macros.

I would recommend making it so that if the direction and attack button are pressed within a few frames of each other, it results in an FTilt. This would make instant Dash Attacks impossible, but as long as it’s a toggleable option, keyboard players can choose which one they prefer.
