Update to SDL 3.4+#196

you guys are on sdl 3.3.3, sdl added sinput support in 3.4.0 https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/releases?page=1#release-release-3.4.0

you guys should update so that progcc can work in sinput mode it would be cool and awesome

nvm i trolled i think 3.3.3 works with sinput
