Galvan: Hold Aerial Down Special to Pilot UFO#195

I don’t think piloting UFO needs a buff. It’s got it’s niche place but I think down special being able to transition into piloting would just feel good.

Hmm yeah its an interesting idea. You mean just transition into the up special pilot state at the end of recovery if you keep holding the special button?
