Change Penguin Gouie's Side B Goop Color#190

Sorry to ruin this for all of you, but one of my friends during a party session said that Penguin Gouie’s Side B looks like a penguin taking a dump and our friend group can’t unsee this anymore. And neither will the rest of you! I recommend the devs change it to the ice/snow color featured on his other attacks.

And please makes his pupils/irises bigger on this skin and the goose skin. Think he’d look way cuter than the derpy look
