Just throwing my hat into the ring regarding the Orcane Puddle discourse:
My proposed idea is to make Orcane’s recovery more committal, but this time to force the Orcane player to make a choice, rather than to default to a timer. This way, Orcane still has access to deep edgeguards and player expression like how it’s been, but if the Orcane player chooses to use Orca Hop (or Puddle-less Up Special in general) to recover, they lose the Puddle resource and lose that recovery mix up that’s so frustrating to play against.

honestly, this would be a good idea
if this were implemented, then Orcane’s wouldn’t have to worry about this choice too hard because you’d only hop close enough to ledge anyway
this could still have some slight issues, but if this had to happen i think it could be one that’s not too bad on him

It doesn’t really fix the issue of the teleport being always used to get him out of jail free, so the strategy of puddle on one side and camping on the other would still remain

I thought the main issue was Orcane having super safe recoveries allowing him to teleport himself from one side of the map to the other one, this nerf idea does not address that.
