Add a "Let's Wait For More Players" Emote?#175

Not a big deal, but it might be nice to have to throw out when waiting for players in Casual queue.

It would be another fun emote parallel to Mario Kart’s, which I know Rivals has historically been willing to do.

Yes. Been wanting this for a while. It’s not really easy to convey this with any current emote besides “Waiting…” which just feels passive agressive…
