[Bug] Kragg pillar hits refresh enemy jumps.#164

I only tried it vs Wrastor and Gouie, if they spend all their jumps and you hit them with the pillar they get their jumps back instanly. I tried this in the june version of the game and it was not the case.
And Im talking about upb hits that send you flying not when you air dodge into the pilar and become grounded,
