Training Mode: Allow Spawning of Character Specific Items#153

Basically allow for character specific items like Shuriken, Tear Drop, Small Goobers, and Large Goobers to be accessible in Training Mode alongside the other items. It would be helpful towards character specific match ups, like if I were La Reina and needed to practice using Tear Drop against Slade. A secret/optional toggle for using these items in Versus Mode could be fun too but is not the focus of this thread.
