Have a Modifier/Player Setting to manually edit there own Stocks❤️ and percentages %#149

Have each player have there own unique settings on a scale from 1-7 stocks they can have as some boss fight mode, player vs crews, etc. or have a crazy ammount of percentage from 10% to 300% depending how crazy you can cap being a unique Modifier Standalone setting.
