Add a Modifier with Resizing/Scaling on each individual players#148

Think of Reizing one player as a Handicap settings from big to small based on how much you put into it, even to have a size Choas or have it all on players in the modifier settings etc.

It would be simular to smash remixes settings on the players Size option.
