Control Settings on main menu & Character select aren't all present#144

There’s a few control settings that I noticed on gamecube controller (I haven’t tested other control methods) that are only present in the main menu and not on the character select controls menu. In a normal situation this is fine, I just go to the main menu and adjust, but when I’m at a tournament or event with setups that are set to boot to character select on versus mode, I can’t change all my control settings and have to play on trigger thresholds I’m not used to. I see trigger thresholds but not deadzones, and vice versa depending on whether I’m in the main menu control settings or on character select. I’d like there to be more consistency
