Game freezes on victory screen#134

Title. Sometimes the game refuses to progress passed the victory screen. This became an issue a few patches in and never went away.

It goes through the entire victory animation, I can still hold start but it doesn’t progress back to the css. Please fix, drives me nuts to have to restart the game and watch those shaders get toasty
