Clairen d-tilt is still too low#114

The new hurtboxes while dashing are great and fix some of these issues like Galvan and Wrastor dash going over Clairen d-tilt.

There’s still many issues of moves dodging it that are really not meant to dodge moves.
Can Clairen d-tilt get a hitbox that only hits grounded upon that is higher?
